By day, Star of the Seas is a bustling floating city — Royal Caribbean’s newest ship and the largest cruise ship ever built. It carries thousands of guests to Caribbean ports like St. Thomas and St. Maarten, then welcomes everyone back onboard for nights filled with music, shows, and activity.
But after midnight, the ship becomes something else entirely. When the crowds disappear and most guests are asleep, quiet takes over — and the unseen night shift begins its work. This video I made captures that rarely seen side of Star of the Seas: calm, empty, and slightly surreal.
